You can check-in anytime after 1PM on Thursday Sept. 19th. You will need your email confirmation and driver’s license/ID to receive your room key cards, as well as, your wristbands for the shuttles.
Roommates are paired with the same gender for comfort and convenience. If you are a couple, we will also pair couples with other couples to ensure everyone is comfortable in their rooms.
After completing your purchase you will receive a Vibe Check Questionnaire. Our team will review your vibe and pair you with the best possible match we have for you. If you have a friend you would like to room with you will also be able to inform us on the questionnaire. We take in consideration things such as Age, Sleeping Habits, Music Taste, & More.
We will also have a Facebook Group for you all to introduce yourselves to your Roommates ahead of time! During the last 30 days you will receive an email with your roommate selection!
Rides on average take 40 mins. The best part about booking with us is we are the opposite direction of Columbus, OH traffic! Our drivers are experienced and will make sure we take the fastest most Efficient way to & from the festival
Yes of course, we want your group to be intact and together in one bus so you will enjoy the time while traveling. Upon checking in we will always ask how many people are in your group to make sure of this.
Our vehicles average 50 passengers all will have comfortable seating, music, A/C, & water provided.
Yes! There are restrooms on all of our shuttles.
The Ride Share Parking Lot- the same as the Drop Off Location. We will have staff and signage right outside of the Exit gates to direct you to the shuttles and get you loaded up on the next available shuttle back to the hotel.
Yes, this is perfectly fine! We encourage people to spread and share the fun! If the person buying the tickets is going to be with you they can check in for you all. If not please contact us in advance so we can update the names on the tickets.

Yes, we will try our best to be flexible about the time. We understand that at times you may want to leave earlier or later due to show list. In these circumstances there will also be a dispatcher available you all will be able to text and request a time slot update which must be approved.
After checkout you will be sent an email form to submit for you and your party to select the times your prefer. Times are adjustable, collecting your preferred times helps us enhance your travel experience.
