Check-in begins at 3 PM on Thursday, May 15, 2025. Please bring your email confirmation and ID to the front desk at Westgate Resort.
Check-out is on Monday 05/19/25 at 11:00 AM. If you have a late flight, you can leave your luggage with the front desk, and they will hold it for you until you’re ready to depart.
Roommates are paired by gender for comfort. Couples will be matched with other couples. After purchase, you’ll receive a Vibe Check Questionnaire to help us match you based on factors like age, sleep habits, and music taste. You can also specify a preferred roommate. A Facebook Group will let you connect with roommates, and final selections will be emailed 30 days before the event.
Pricing is per person. At checkout, add the number of people in your group.
Rides typically take 1-2 hours. Enjoy a comfortable ride with drinks included! Our experienced drivers aim for the fastest, most efficient route.

Each bus seats around 55, with music, A/C, and water provided.
Yes some of our shuttles have restrooms, but not all!
Shuttles will be in the Ride Share Parking Lot, the same as the drop-off. Staff and signs will guide you to the loading area.
