At Live How You Want, we’re all about making sure you have the time of your life with our Festival Travel Packages. Sometimes plans change, and we totally understand that. However, kindly note that we are a third party and cannot issue refunds under any circumstances. Please read below for more details:

1. Nonrefundable Bookings

Our events are incredibly popular, and we work hard to ensure every detail is perfect for you. Due to the high demand and limited availability all bookings with Live How You Want are nonrefundable. Once you’ve locked in your spot and made your payment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Weather and Travel Delays

Come rain or shine, the party must go on! We don’t let a little weather dampen our spirits, so all events will proceed as scheduled. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds if the weather doesn’t cooperate or if there are delays from traffic, unexpected time changes, or other unexpected issues like AC problems or drink shortages. Plan ahead to keep the good times rolling without a hitch.

3. Ticket Transfer Options

If you want to resell your ticket, feel free to do so! We encourage this option since tickets are nonrefundable. Simply email us at sales@livehowyouwant.com with your full name, phone number, email address, and the number of tickets you are transferring. Also, provide the new ticket holders’ details. Can’t make it to the party? Got a change of plans? No worries! Since our tickets are nonrefundable, you can hand off your ticket to someone else who’s ready to join the fun. Due to the high demand and limited availability of our partner company, Supreme Club Tours, all bookings are non-refundable. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued. This policy ensures your reservation by securing your transportation and accommodations immediately for the requested service.

2. Weather and Travel Delays

Club Crawl

The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for weather-related disruptions that might affect your plans. Additionally, we cannot offer refunds for delays caused by traffic, unexpected time changes, or other unforeseen issues.

Yacht Party 

If weather conditions do not permit, you have two options:

1. Move your booking to the Club Crawl for the same night.

2. Reschedule your Yacht Party tour for another night when weather conditions are suitable.

By booking with Live How You Want LLC, I hereby assume all risks in utilizing transportation, accommodation, and events booking services provided by Live How You Want, LLC, and forever hold harmless, waive, release, remise, discharge, and covenant not to sue Live How You Want, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents for liability from any and all claims for, including but not limited to, damages resulting from the acts of others, inconvenience, property loss, property damage, unanticipated expense, personal injury, accidents, illness, and/or death.
